Great South Coast Events Calender

The Great South Coast Calendar provides an overview of activities across the Board and Pillars for this calendar year.

Representatives from the Great South Coast Group met with Minister for Regional Development and Agriculture Jaala Pulford at Parliament House last week to discuss three key priorities - Beyond the Bell (an education attainment project), the Great South Coast Food and Fibre Action Plan and the current dairy crisis gripping the southwest.

Calls for urgent action on port roads

"Broken" freight roads in the Greater Green Triangle region are putting a $15 billion export industry at risk, the region's peak advocacy body has warned.

Southern Grampians Takes A Stand

Southern Grampians Shire has become the first employer to sign onto a new workplace program aimed at preventing violence against women. The Council has joined the Take a Stand Against Domestic Violence program, which involves all employees going through a structured training program.

You can contribute to the future of our region by joining the Great South Coast Group as a Pillar Group member. 

Pillar Group Members can become involved in Pillar Group administration or by developing and delivering projects. Membership may be for the term of a specific project or on a more ongoing basis.
